General Instructions for Final Inspection (Batching)

The general instructions for final inspection(Batching) are given below,
1. All pieces will be graded on the base of 40 points per 100 linear yards mapping will be done on each piece to insure proper grading. Do not count more than 4 points per one yard.
2. All defects must be recorded and marked in final inspection and an accurate account of points made to insure proper grading.

Methods of Increasing Production (Knitting)

From the following methods we can increase the production of knitting. The methods are,
1. By increasing machine speed: Higher the machine speed faster the movement of needle and ultimately production will be increased. But it has to make sure that excess tension is not imposed on yarn because of this high speed.
2. By increasing the number of feeder: If the number of feeder is increased in the circumference of cylinder, then the number of courses will be increased in one revolution at a time.
3. By using machine of higher gauge: The more the machine gauge, the more the production is. So by using machine of hgier gauge production can be increased.
4. By imposing automation in the machine
a. Quick starting and stopping for efficient driving system.
b. Automatic machine lubrication system for smoother operation.
c. Photo electric fabric fault detector.
5. By imposing other developments:
a. Using creel-feeding system.
b. Applying yarn supply through plastic tube that eliminates the possibilities of yarn damage.
c. Using yarn feed control device.

Inline Inspection

The design of inline inspection is to quantify the packing, workmanship and measurement defect levels of the production lots. This will assist in determining if the manufacturing process is achieving the desired level of product quality.

Initial Inspection

Initial Inspection: Done during the initial period of the manufacturing process. The product should be in cutting and small parts operation when this inspection is performed. An audit of cutting quality should take place.

Garments Inspection

The procedure through which the produced garments are checked to maintain the required quality level is called Garments Inspection.

Intermingling

The process by which can be made the synthetic yarn smooth by adding additives or spot welding to protrude filament ends is called intermingling.
It is very hard and costly to twist the man made fiber.

Identification of cotton fiber

1. Burn Test: The burn test is a quick way to determine the cotton fiber. A few threads from the fiber is moved slowly to the flame of the burner and then into it. Where it is watched carefully. Then the sample is removed from the flame still watching it. The fiber sample is evaluated considering the following point.

Industrial Garments Washing

Industrial Garments Washing is one of the major important parts for Textile sector. By industrial garments washing we can remove dust, dirt and infections material. For improving special look on garments as per fashion requirement.
